  • To make it clear they don't appear to have any issue with the account continuing to run. Most direct debits are still operational and there has been no indication they will attempt to cancel anymore.

    I have been sent new debit cards and money continues to flow in and out of the account. It is however now an ongoing concern that something may be cancelled on a whim and this could cause me problems in relation to either my credit rating or insurance status if for example a DD in respect of an insurance policy was cancelled.
