i started out with debts £250000 in 2004 , i am down to £ 100000 with help from cccs , during this time a number of cc debts were sold to collection agencies . would i be able to claim ppi back from these cc companies . i feel guilty applying to other cc companies that are still being paid as they have stopped charging interest

ppi claim is against the original lender. in the meantime no debt collector should seek to enforce via the courts if you inform them the balance they have bought is disputed.0
