Secondly, to assume a DCA would never take it to court is wrong.
They can and they do.
You are also advocating ignoring everything and filing it all away under "B1N". You didn't stipulate that court papers weren't to be included under your inventive filing system.

There are plenty of stories on this forum about people who have received a default and/or CCJ and didn't know anything about it. To get a CCJ their creditor would have to go to court. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but using your logic this shouldn't happen. Or are all the people posting here with those problems liars?0
