Agree, avoid M&S Outlet as you will have to pay to return anything.0

DON'T make the mistake of buying from the online outlet. Their sizing is all wrong and they charge you delivery and return costs. I was replacing a pair of their jeans. I ordered exactly the same (no longer in store) and they were a size smaller! I ordered a size larger and ended up, therefore paying 3x postage costs - £10:50, half the cost of the jeans!
Also ordered a pair of shoes that were nowhere near the right size - an expensive waste of money with a £7 p&p charge and, from what I gather from reading other reviews, a likely long wait for refunds!
Please avoid yourself the hassle and disappointment. They readily told me on the phone their sizing isn't accurate!!0
