Marks and Spencer OUTLET now available online

  • Agree, avoid M&S Outlet as you will have to pay to return anything.
  • DON'T make the mistake of buying from the online outlet. Their sizing is all wrong and they charge you delivery and return costs. I was replacing a pair of their jeans. I ordered exactly the same (no longer in store) and they were a size smaller! I ordered a size larger and ended up, therefore paying 3x postage costs - £10:50, half the cost of the jeans!
Also ordered a pair of shoes that were nowhere near the right size - an expensive waste of money with a £7 p&p charge and, from what I gather from reading other reviews, a likely long wait for refunds!

Please avoid yourself the hassle and disappointment. They readily told me on the phone their sizing isn't accurate!!
