loans for poor credit score

hi all just looking for a bit of advice i got my credit score from credit experia and it was 695 which is classed as poor i have never missed payment oor had any ccjs i already have one loan with the halifax and im looking to take out a new unsecured loan for 20 000 does anyone know any suitable companies my score is only low seen as ive not had loads of credit in the past

Salary, current debts, credit card limits, an idea of your history, the list goes on

I earn 1500 a month no credit cards only one other loan which is 120 a month and a mortgage which is 400 a month

With your salary and current debts I doubt you'd get as much as you want.

Its not your score that is important, its what is on your detailed credit file.

Are you on the electoral roll?
What credit accounts do you have showing on your file?

How much is outstanding on your current loan?

However regardless of that info on your salary you would be very unlikely to get a loan for £20k. As a general guide even with a clean credit file its very difficult to get unsecured credit of more than 50% of your salary in the current climate. (Thats total credit so you'd need to include the balance of your existing loan in that calculation).
