When i read your post all i could see was.

Oi, IT WAS ME WHO BOUGHT A WIFE.

    :)

The crash started around here a few years ago, i have seen no price rises since then.

The crash is still on around here due to high unemployment which is only going to get worse.

The bubble has burst and it aint coming back

All I can see when I read your post is.

Oi, I live in a bedsit, I'm on the minimum wage, I can't get a girlfriend because of my situation and one day I will have enough money to buy a hell hole.

    The futures bright. :)

  • sibley dude can you list the factors that will lead to this rise. tell you what dude i'll list some why it wont happen and lets see if your list beats it
unemployment. lending to get tighter. economy stalling. massive lack of first time buyers. rising cost of living.high inflation. euro crisis. static wages
    over to you dude
Maidstone Prices - average reductions at 8.5% (£19,668) Feb 2012 - We thought the dudes were not allowed to drop prices?
  • I agree that house prices are definitely on the increase. If you do not take advantage of the current repo's (to get a property for much cheaper), you are going to have a battle in the future to get your hands onto property

It is pointless taking the pi55 out of me for not having a girlfriend as you bought a wife:rotfl:

Im also waiting for a new job to start which will put my wages up. Hopefully the prices on site are as good as im told they will be, and then ill be able to afford to buy a wife:rotfl:.

In all seriousness though, i will not be buying a wife.
