Fully aware of that thread and its connotations ....

didn't think the intended Bold purchase was in preparation to hopefully commit fraud in the future

I went to Tesco today to get Bold 33 and it was £7 instead of £10 as stated on mysupermarket and Tecso.com ?

Except on the shelf it was stated as £10. each and I wanted to use 5 off a 40. shop. not as Josie suspects. So I just took the randon shoe polish to put it over 40 again.
    Hope this clarifies

    I Had hoped to get 4@£10 use a £5 of £40 and use 2 x £1.00

so £20 JTD and £2,00 money off =£13 to pay, but some thing are not to be

Also, the jury seems to be out (no pun intended) on whether it's fraud at the moment as no case has gone to court yet, so I think a few people are seeing it as a "glitch". You could argue that it's morally wrong, but then Tesco don't have any moral high ground to stand on, so that's pretty difficult, IMHO!

Personally I think it's typical of Tesco who can't manage to train their staff properly - Asda don't have these problems with their vouchers and their much better thought out system.

Ah, strange, then as I should have only £1.80, but I actually got £1.89.

I bought chicken at £4.50 (90p off), mash at £2 (40p off), veg selection at £2.50 (50p off). So should have got £1.80 off, but I actually got £1.89 off.

I bought the Fiano, but didn't realise it was only food in the 20%, as I thought maybe it was £1.39 off for the Fiano and maybe only the veg worked giving me £1.89 otherwise I can't get it to add up .

I think you will find we are getting 21% knocked off instead of 20% :)

Tesco, you gotta love 'em :rotfl:

Another fine example of them not being able to organise a pee up in a brewery! Sorry, that should be finest example, :T

Agree ASDA's system is better ....

BUT I've had loads of UNmarked receipts handed back to me by SAs after redeeming the associated APG voucher ........

... I've just NEVER printed out the same APG coupon again and done it a 2nd or 3rd etc. time

One particular SA on more than one occasion has even NOT inspected the receipts and checked for them to be valid and correct for the vouchers in question just taking them in good faith, saying to me that I am a regular customer and that I'm trusted that the coupons/receipts are genuine & correct in all aspects required.
