Thanks, had my jtd voucher back today too. Dauphinoise and Nottage Hill both compared, so did the free bubbly chocolate bar I got with voucher. We had the chicken chassuer and surprisingly it has been the first finest meal we have had that we felt was actually tasty. Nottage Hill was difficult to find instore.

Still it's pittance compared to how awful the customer service at Tesco is and how often I get overcharged on meals and they refuse to refund.

I entered a receipt from 18/02/12 and got back an email to say it would have been £7 odd cheaper in Asda, only it wasn't my details on the emailed receipt?
Completely different total, items but the same time, date etc:.
I reckon they mixed it up with someone that has a 'not found' back.
What was interesting is they haven't pricematched over 2/3 rds of the items against Asda?

  • You have too laugh last night I did 5 receipts using different email addresses, I set up 2 new addresses to cover the 5, strangley I have only had 2 come back so far and they are both from the new email addresses none from the ones I have previously used, good old Mr T

    I've been Money Tipped!
Never ever tried this JTD malarkey, but can you get the difference from BOGOF offers??
Cathedral City is £3.98 BOGOF in Tesco and only £2 in Asda.
Will Tesco pay JTD if buying 2 and getting the multi-buy knocked off??

No, it goes on the total price. So 2 block would cost £4 in Asda but you can get 2 blocks in Tesco for £3.98. It will work on offers though e.g. bogof.

Just got my Thursday voucher too!!! Very pleased the Fiano wine worked, I was a little concerned as I thought it had finished on the 22nd!! Also, I don't know if this will still work but the Castello Herrgard cheese compared, £2.00 in Tesco and £1.00 in Asda, I used 2 x 50p coupons from the printables thread, so good deal, but would be even better now if its still on offer in Asda as you would also be able to use the £1.00 cheese voucher from the price drop leaflet, making it free cheese!!!! Just need to try to find out if its still on offer!!

Best way to check is on mysupermarket. It tells you offer end dates for T's but not A's for some reason. It's still on offer today, but you'd need to check the day you shopped to be more certain:

Anyone tried any of the new wines that are in the meal deal yet? Can we post any successes on here please? Can't get any of them to compare on mysupermarket. Wonder if there are more choices of wine instore, as there has been in the past.

You don't need to set up new email accounts - enter the details with any old made up email address and re-enter the details the next day with any old made up email address - doesn't even have to be the same one!

For some reason they never show the full range of what's in the meal deal online. Never worked out why, but Fiano didn't show last time either.

Here's the link FWIW at the moment
