Un-useable voucher - any help/ideas?

Hi guys....I just wondered whether anyone had any thoughts. I recently won a £50 voucher for a store called Folli Follie. The OP and company website both show a store at Lakeside.

However having driven there on Sunday (about an hours drive) it turns out that store closed two months ago!

I don't enter comps where I can't use the prize and there are no other stores anywhere near me. It says on the voucher that it can't be used online, so that idea's out.

I was going to contact the company to have a moan but the competition was run by sosensational.

Does anyone have any advice/ideas on what I could try, I'm so disappointed.

I don't think you'll be able to do anything other than spend it elsewhere, perhaps see how long the voucher will be valid for, surely you'll be visiting another part of the country soonish to see friends or family? x

One of my first wins was £150 for Selfridges. I don't live in London, B'ham or Manchester and assumed that the gift card was usable online but it wasn't.
I contacted Selfridges and they offered to swap the gift card for e-vouchers. I sent them the card back via recorded delivery and had 3 x £50 e-vouchers that could be used on their site.

Give it a try.
