From which date will my record be spotless

Just been looking at my credit account and have a default registered 10/06, which I know will clear later this year. However, it also shows CCJ for 03/06, so which date is applicable? My only other default has dropped off.

Have cleared all my debts, thank goodness. Assume that I am looking at the Oct date as the all clear, but am confused why the CCJ is still showing.

  • Are the CCJ and the Default with the same company?

I thought a Default had to be issued before a CCJ could be .....

That's why I am confused, the amounts quoted are different, so it is possible that there was a judgement for one debt and arrangement before judgement on the other.

I will continue in my belief that all will be clear in October, on the downhill strait now:D

  • mmm it does seem a bit odd but you could be right about the different amounts.

I'd work with the Oct date - at least it will look better earlier once the CCJ is gone!
