From the T&Cs, I don't think you need to vote each week:

9. The promotion will run as follows. There will be 6 prize draws in total, one for each week of the Public Vote. The prize draws will take place each Monday at 10am from, and including, the 27 February 2012 up until the 02 April 2012. Each vote will equate to one prize draw entry, meaning the more categories voted for, the more times an individual is entered into the prize draw. Once their vote/s submitted, each voter will qualify for entry in each of the subsequent prize draws, meaning that the earlier a vote is submitted, the higher the chance of winning.

Also, it's one entry per category voted on, so may as well pick one in each of the 12 categories.
