Taking Control-----Need Advice

Hi Everyone
I'm new so let me know if you guys need any more information!
I have been in debt for a long time now 16k and finally went dont the route of a Debt Management company around four years ago, which was a god send as I they took the stress out of it.
I have been used to paying the monthly fee £157 a month which I could just about afford however I have just found out I have been left a little cash by a relative who recently passed away. I thought it would be a good idea to take this rare opportunity and make some extra payments and hopefully become debt free....well maybe!
I haven't told my DMC about this yet but have recently asked for a full balance of my debts and breakdown of what I owe to each lender (totalled £8,800) and I have just received all my credit reports (I did this myself)
The strange thing i notice is that on my credit reports only a few of these debts appear??? Is that usual? I also have been rated good/fair with a score of 802 which is a little weird...there is also no CCJ's or anything ? My current account bank has started to throw money at me recently also with offers of £10,000 loans which I still can't quite believe
So what I would like to know is
*how i approach each debtor with a payment?
*what can I expect as a reply?
*I will be getting around £2500 which is obviously no where near the total but do I try my luck and go in with small offers? *Do I also go direct as no doubt my DMC will charge for this service
*If I do go direct will the debtors start contacting me direct again?
I'm confused by what to do and I just want the chance of a little normaility when it comes to credit as I just don't know what to pay and what not to
Thanks alot
Allan
