If anybody has seen this link http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=377272
regarding a reconditioned Sony laptop @ Curry's that was £699 and is now £1245.99 then i'd like some advice please.
My order is still showing as checking stock from when i ordered last Wednesday and after speaking to Curry's on Friday they said the goods were now out of stock but when i ordered the laptop the webpage showed as being ticked for home delivery. On checking Curry's T&C's it says that there is not a binding contract until i recieve an order confirmation email (which i havent recieved) but i have recieved an order acknoledgement.
Further down the T&C page under Delivery and Installation it says 'Items available for delivery are shown by the following symbol' and next to this is a picture of a lorry with a tick in it saying Home Delivery so wouldnt i be right in thinking that the goods were in stock when ordered?
Many thanks in advance and i hope what i've put is clear enough.

They haven't confirmed it yet as they have run out of stock, probably allocated to customers who got their order in before yours.0 -
