I was making the most of the 25% at my local sainsburys today.
I bought 2 School Summer dresses at £5 each, the recipt shows that it has taken off the 25% on each dress (making them £3.75each) but still went on to take the £2 off which would have made the dresses 2 for £8 (the standard offer) meaning i got 2 school dresses for £5.50.
I hope that i have explained this OK and hope it helps someone else.0 -
The 25% off does include socks and tights. It doesn't usually!:beer:0

Thanks, got some lovely stuff for my boys today. Sainsburys clothes are fab, very good quality and wash really well and they are lovely, I always find stuff in there for my boys.
Thank you for posting as I didn't get down till later today and lots of stuff was low already so if I'd not know till later in the week I might not have got anything0 -
Grrrr i have just bought 60 pounds worth of stuff from here.....still has tags on....think i should go back and get a refund and re-buy?? ;-/ Best do on 2 different trips ;-)
I would just go back and be honest and ask if you could return to buy back again at customer service and tell them you were not aware of the promotion starting and since you had only just bought the items you thought it was only fair!0 -

I did this today. I was very frank with the lady at customer services and told her I had only just bought these clothes and would like to return them and re-buy them at the discounted cost. If that wasn't possible then I would like to return the items. Because I was polite, honest and had a smile on my face (and probably because I did it in the middle of the day, not a busy time) the customer services advisor did this for me :j :T0 -
