i am having the same problem with them, i took a 300 pound loan with them and now owe over a grand due to legal costs and such. x5 grand in debt, hope to be clear by 2013 :j

Can you try the OFT or CAB
They have been in trouble before for their antics and had imposures already placed on them
Remember any payments you make they cannot refuse, even if you only pay £1 with currently being out of work and unable to service this unsecured debt, as it puts my stuff into prospective my heart really goes out to anyone dealing with these sharks, what they try and get away with is unbelieveable, I hope you won't be paying them a grand - don't know what else to say but please seek specialist debt advice and don't give up
