Hi, Can anyone help please? I remember reading here recently that if you purchased something from Amazon and then they reduced the price you could claim the difference back? Did I dream it because I can't find the post now?!

Yes but it has to be within 30 days of purchase.Just email them if you have bought something and it's within them 30 days and mention it to them...that's what i've done in the past:)Darren0

I have just contacted Amazon and am waiting for their reply. The dvd I bought 10 days ago has been reduced by £9 so I was less than impressed!
Hopefully they will refund the difference
Just had an email from Amazon to say they will credit my account.
