Hi all
Really need advive on a situation that has been hanging over my family for just to long now.
To cut a very long story short. Handed my keys back to ge money because we were going to be repossessed anyway. The problem is we moved out and now over a year later we are still none the wiser as to what is going on. No letters confirming our voluntary repo no correspondence at all. the house is just sitting there. We dont know if we are responsible for it anymore. We have phoned and they just keep saying that they arent sure about the legal system in Northern Ireland !!!!
Does anyone know if GE Money are doing wrong by telling us nothing because as far as I know we are still hiking up hugh amount of debt on this the more time that passes. We dont get statements anymore !!!
