then I'm sure you won't mind or moan when quidco or the merchant decline your cashback transaction later on either.

No worse than you are contemplating doing to them is it

Quidco are VERY tough on what they deem to be abuse, you know. They have previously closed the accounts of people they believe are abusing the cashback system and in turn blackening Quidco's name, donating all the money accrued in these accounts to charity. You've been warned...

yes ok whatever was only doing what everyone else on magazine thread does,so are you saying I cannot cancel after paying a £1 because it states clearly you can cancel after 5 issues and as it is 5 issues for a £1 doesnt take a genuis to work that one out.

You get some right nit pickers on here don't you? O was merely pointing people in the direction of the offer,if you dont want to do it yourselves then fair enough.

nobody was saying you can't cancel.

However, you might find that your cashback is cancelled too, along with your quidco account and all that is in it. Quidco have a zero tolerance policy on abuse, and as you seem to be advocating signing up purely to get the cashback with every intention of cancelling, and therefore not being a genuine subscriber, don't be surprised if they do the same to you.

I wasnt aware of how quidco were to be honest and cant blame them I guess, every other thing I have had with them I still have running and been over a year so not too bad just this once will I prob do it and TBH havent read the mag yet,I might even like it.

I thought was a good thing for those interested.

  • It doesn't give any details in the quidco bit about if you can cancel or not, or how long you have to stick to it for, I know with some trials or subscriptions they do put further details.
2p off is still 2p off!
  • if you follow the link through the magazine group say try it for 5 issues and if you don't like it simply cancel or carry on at £5 for 5 issues - there is no minimum term for it - they wouldn't advertise through quidco if they didn't expect ppl to do it for the 5 issues and cancel - remember there will be many ppl who continue with the magazine after the initial 5 issues - as someone thinking about setting up a business, chances are I will continue with it, but wouldn't have known about other than the OP - they will not end up losing out with the continued subscriptions.
