Yes, I guess you'd classify nollag and RM as "Bull posters" wouldn't you?
I've given them (probably unwanted) advice.
I know I'm a "bull" to most "bears", (ie I think house prices are going to drop but have made the mistake of finding myself owning two houses), but like to think I can be objective on occasions. It's just that there are genuinely more fascinating cases on the "bear" side of the argument.
    Happy to help.

Whereas you clearly are the "big man of the board".
I love the whole "reasonable geezer" one moment, "infuriated citizen" another moment, "fight club master" the next moment act.

Or is it even an act anymore? As I said on your "board meet thread" some take this all a bit too seriously. It's eating hours and days of your life, and that would be fine if it was you choosing.... but it's controlling you. It's eating you up.

If you really want to fight something, try fighting what it's doing to you.

This post really resonates with me.

It's so easy to get wrapped up in something that, in the grand scheme of things, is entirely meaningless.

I've spent entire evenings trying to convince a renter that they should be buying instead, spending hours writing complicated formulas to prove my point. What point have I proved? Nothing, other than I probably need to spend more time with my family and enjoy life.

HSW, you're definitely exhibiting signs of someone who needs to take a step back and objectively look at what you're achieving by posting on this forum. You're getting more and more passive aggressive and it's concerning.

JonnyBravo's advice could be the best thing that happens to you.

"Blaming: They are never responsible for their actions. If you aren't to blame then it is something that happened at work, the traffic on the way home or the slow clerk at the convenience store. The passive aggressive has no faults, it is everyone around him/her who has faults and they must be punished for those faults."

    Remind you of anyone?:rotfl:

The ratio of debtors is far than those with savings - until this ratio changes not much that the government can do. I suspect it is a case of majority rules
