Nationwide court action

am currently on a debt management program with payplan, I have nine accounts
All of which have accepted payplans offers, four of the accounts are with nationwide, they have accepted the offers on three of the accounts but have rejected the offer on my wife’s credit card, the account was opened in 2003, after reading these forums i sent multiple cca requests
I received a court claim form, I contacted the FSA who are sent a letter to send to the nationwide solicitors + the courts in an attempt to cease court action. in the meantime i filed an embarrased defence to the court as they had not sent the credit agreement. Nationwide requested a stay of 6 weeks which is now up, today i have received a letter from them asking for me to agree to another stay of 6 months until the fos complete their investigation.
should i reject the request stay or should i just go with it the have sent me a copy of the agreement with a re constructed credit agreement.
have no experience in these matters and would be grateful for any assistance/ advise.
