Free 50 Tesco Clubcard Points

Couldn't find this in the search so sorry if it's already posted. Tesco are offering 50 free clubcard points today for completing a quick 2 minute survey on their photo service (whether you have used them before or not):

The adverts at the top of the home page keep changing - it's the 2nd tab along!

Do you have to register first as I do not see anywhere to put your clubcard number in on the survey itself?

No ive just completed the survey and a box appears afterwards for you to enter your clubcard number.
