I think a bit of patience would be advised - they've always added promo credit in the past!0 -
It says 2000 not 20000
It appears as loyalty points it says and can take 14 days per rules0 -
I have credit from tesco clubcards and you can build up loyalty credit. However it does only appear to take the money off one e voucher per booking so hope this answers your question.NittyGritty wrote: »can you use more than one evoucher when buying tickets online?0

Ummmm - no they haven't always honoured credit in the past. For you maybe, but not for me. I was trying to point out to others that it won't go into your account straight away. Sorry for speaking.0 -

I didn't quite mean it like that, but your emoticon () appeared to suggest that you were frustrated...about something that the rules say won't happen for 14 days.0 -

I used the free £5 e-voucher & my tesco clubcard e-voucher together with the few loyalty points I had in one transaction and topped up the cost by c/card.
Don't forget to enter any rail discount cards you have as that all reduces the cost.0 -
