Limit to be placed on earning to mortgage ratio

This is being considered. A ban on small deposit loans is also being looked at.

Wages are going down in real terms, so if the limit is placed at say the long term norm 3.5x earnings then property can not go up more than this.0 -

That's not what the article is about it's about LTV ratio.0 -
Its the BOEs means of controlling future house price bubbles. TO be repeated in the equities and the currency markets in the near future.0
