Discharge date question

Hi all
I am due for auto discharge on the 5th march.
My question is will i still be bankrupt on the 5th or is the 4th my last day of being bankrupt.
If i was to go on the insolvency website just before midnight to watch it change which date will i need to stay up on 4th or 5th.

Many thanks

Don`t forget to print out some copies of the IS register showing your discharge confirmation.

the online record of achievement...sorry, Discharge [mustn't feed the trolls!]....stays for 3 months only, so don't leave it too long before buying that new ink for the printer!

Ask the OR if they will write you a letter confirming discharge?

Or get a copy certificate from the court. Costs £60-70, but is free if you are on some means tested benefits.
