Holiday allocation - overun

Hi
Two related questions:
a)I am leaving my job at the end of May. Basically I want to know if I can take more than my allocated holiday (15 days out of 20 annual) before that time. I imagine that the excess just gets docked from final wages, whilst the end date cannot be moved forward (ie I cannot be forced to take holiday when I have none left)?
b) What if I were to try to take this holiday at the end of my employment? Could my end date be moved forward?
I ask because I want to be on the payroll at the end of May in order to qualify for a production related bonus.

Check first whether this is a discretionary bonus or a contractual bonus.I ask because I want to be on the payroll at the end of May in order to qualify for a production related bonus.
Very often you won't be entitled to a discretionary bonus if you're working your notice at the time it's due, so the whole question is irrelevant.Signature removed for peace of mind0
