Lidl half price weekend deals 25-26th Feb & other deals from 23rd Feb

OH just got back - loads of chocolate still in Camden but very few chicken breast packs. Said barely anybody was buying any of the deals in there!

I got my mince about 12pm ish, got 6 packs as I was told thats all you can have. They were restocking the freezer, it was full. This is Brislington, Bristol.

no 17p chocolate for me either at my local Lidl...

but I did at see packs of 18 penguin chocolate bars advertised at 2 for £2.50...... at the checkout, they scanned at 87p each instead! Think that's a good deal, 87p for 18 penguin chocs

boo hoo! i went to get the chocolate and mince and it was chicken legs and shortcake! so i spent the money on the packs of 5 rolos for £1 instead!!!

I managed to get chocolate and mince. Limes were still 5 for £1 at my store- bah
I also the got the printer cartridges on offer- I thought they were worth a try for £2.99.

Popped in for some stuff for my brother at almost mid-day and loads of chicken drumsticks left - obviously not a popular choice.
Hoping for better next week for my meat choice - fingers crossed for the 17p chocolate also.

Picked up 2 packs of chicken today, there are no signs in my local store just the leaflet to yell you whats on offer which I think is a bit cheeky!

I didn't manage to get there till about 12.30 today and was amazed, they had so much mince left they were stickering it 30% off! I got 3 packs - only a small freezer but luckily the top shelf's almost empty.
And 10 bars of chocolate - only 9 1/2 now;)

I am so working on getting a freezer put in the shed. I bought the mince but would like meatballs, chicken and sausages but no room in our small freezer. Worth getting another freezer just for meat I think.
