I ordered some Elizabeth Arden perfume from there just over 2 weeks ago as a birthday present for my mil and it still hasn't arrived and they say they can't do anything about until 15 working days (3 weeks after ordering it). Won't even look into it or anything, so I am distinctly unimpressed by them and it will probably be the first and last time I use them, as their customer service is terrible.:mad:0
