Expirian Credit File Has Other People On? How to Remove?

Just got my credit file to see why i was being declined for credit. I have a good file myself, but for some reason, my mum ( Who has a poor credit history - with debt management ) is linked onto it, and it shows some of her searches. Im her son obviously. We dont have anything credit wise together, so theres no reason to be on my file. destroying any chance i have of getting credit

How can i get her removed?

I keep up all my payments, i have a mobile phone, credit card, overdraft and a littlewoods which i pay every month, but i want to conciliate them all as Lloyds are ripping me off every month with fees.

Im at my whitts end and dont want to keep getting rejected because of my mum on my file.

Give them a call and they'll take her off within a few days

I had an unknown Alias on mine - called Experian and they sorted it within a week

I just emailed them, did it last week and within 2 days my mum had been taken off my account. It related to a loan she was guarantor for me back in the early 90's and that is all, that was paid up many years ago yet they kept the link going - seems wrong really as all her searches for insurance recently appeared on my credit report!
