JSA compliance letter - Help please!

I need some advice regarding my Income Based job seekers allowance.

I was working up to 11/01/12 and made a claim for JSA on 12/01/12. I am not entitled to contribution based so therefore am receiving income based.

I got a letter today to say there is a query with my claim and could I attend an interview on 5 March.

There is a possible reason why the DWP are querying my claim - my job was temporary and I was getting paid weekly in arrears, this is what I need clarification on:

I received 2 wages payments after I made my claim - 1 on 13/01/12 (for period 3-06/01) and 1 on 20/01/12 (for period 09-11/01) ......

So the question is, this income was for money earned prior to my claim but was received after I made my claim - will these payments be treated as income and affect my claim?

I have been looking at the JSA regs but its very confusing. Am now worried that Ive inadvertently commited fraud!!
