XBOX 360 £249 at Blockbusters

Just thought someone may be interested that at larger Blockbuster stores they are selling XBOX 360 pro consoles for £249.99. The Core modules are £199.99. There is also a package for £299.99 including the pro model, a game of your choice (I bought Gears of War) and Perfect Dark Zero.
Best price I've found online or in a conventional store.

Its funny how people only report on the bad things that happen to them.

I know MANY people who's 360 has been fine.

In our household we have two, one was from launch date (November 05) and Died in May 06, the other was bought in March 05 and has been fine since.

Got my console in September and now on #2. Problem is that by the time it breaks you've got a ton of games etc.

Great system, just wish it was more reliable.

they are planning on a revised version pretty soon(spoiler for the ps3) with some udgrades like hdmi and 120 gig hard disks, personally i would be tempted to wait since you know the the ps3 will be out soon and microsoft will want to spoil that, not that sony havent done a pretty good job themself

Just to let you guys know, this offer STOPPED last thursday, so the store that you found this in has left the POS up and have not re-merchandised their shop floor. Sorry guys!!

Yeah the BB dal has finished by me too, but if anyone is still intereted PC World on-line were doing this deal, the console was £249.99 (I'm pretty sure) last week, and i dont see why it would have changed, so is *probably* the same (but dont string me up if it aint!)

I also understand a good deal on LX Direct once you go through quidco etc, not 100% sure what it is off my head, but its over on the UKHotDeals website.
