New Tv for Parents

Im looking to get my mum a new TV at the end of next month, start of April. It needs to be a good size for her eyesight, so was thinking 28" or 32". She would prefer a flat screen. She is worried about all the HD so if its HD ready then there will be no hassle. She has SKy so as long as it tunes in easily. She also has a stand for the TV so no need for a TV with stand. Preferably from Dixons as i get vouchers through my work. Price range erm under £400 if poss.
