Do sites like TopCashback and Quidco actually pay what they say they will??

I was wondering if sites like TopCashback who claim to be the 'UK's Best Cashback Site' actually are genuine and give you the cash back?

TopCashback also claim to give '100% Cashback', but how do they make money this way- surely PPC advertising wouldn't generate much?

Would it also be easy to startup a site of my own like these?- I've read a bit on affiliate marketing. Is this what these sites effectively are doing on a larger scale?

Its a bit of a debate on here but yes both are genuine.

I dont use Quidco just because I found them slow and reversed some of my transactions so I have always stuck with topcashback, had over £800 paid to me since joining, Topcashback is my favourite site.

What I would say is never count on cashback, see it as an added bonus when it does confirm.

  • As far as I was aware, TCB/Quidco do somewhat receive a kickback from the retailer for various things.

In terms of setting up, near impossible with these two market forces. Unless you had a lot of start up capital?
