New van for 2 company's tax issue

Hi
I have 2 company's one is a ltd company and vat registers and one is a sole trader non vat reg,
I need a new van which is larger and wanting to lease it via the ltd company so I can claim vat back,
How do I go about this tax wise as I use it for both company's
Ltd company I do about 600 miles a month and sole trader I use it about 400 a month,
