I printed off 3 of the coupons but decided just to try one of them first in a SS till - it didn't scan! Acted soft and called the SA over to help and she just manually input the 75p off to give me the conditioner for 25p, but as it hadn't scanned I didn't dare to try it again with the other coupons at a "proper" till! Chicken I know!
• Just used mine but cashier queried it and supervisor just said sharply to her, well it's got a bar code, it's not expired and it has the item name, so what's the problem! Cashier was quite grumpy so maybe the supervisor was fed up with her for some reason, either way they worked for me. Wouldn't have been so brave after knowing some stores were rejecting them! Was going to go back but maybe I should be pleased with what I have! Thanks posters, also used my Bodyform voucher as well so an excellent shopping trip!

• Hi all, Im hoping someone can help! After reading all your comfort/persil bargains I printed off vouchers cut them out and went off to Tesco. Decided to use self service checkouts as I was only getting a few things, but when I put my 2nd coupon in it said "Approval needed" and I was promptly told that they don't accept internet coupons. When I queried this with a supervisoe they said they only accept safe coupons that have your name on, a date (which the coupon did have) and a picture. Were they talking garbage? Thanks

This thread would be far better in amongst the coupon section. For those of you having problems with your coupons have a read of page 1. From about post 12 onwards.

The comfort/persil coupons are PDF coupons and Tesco do accept them.

The new Tesco coupon policy is simple - Tesco will accept all Tesco and supplier /product coupons (PDFs & Safe coupons) as long as the customer has purchased the product. But that is all.

Ways to contact Tesco, for problems with using coupons
1) Email address of Chief Executive (:(Presumably)

3)Customer Service email address: customer.service@tesco.co.uk

4) Twitter address for CS http://twitter.com/#!/UKTesco

I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

Tried to use 1 in local tesco last night - told they where "BANNED" in that store by the manager.

Sister tried hers with her shopping again told no by her store also and she says got a telling off by the manager in front of others for it also.

She was told that these where not real coupons, and lots of people had been trying to use that in the past few days - ALL told the same thing.

I'd be annoyed at that. They're saying people are fiddling them, when they are legit.
Sainsbury is doing the comfort for a quid also ;) I got some yesterday.

It's a bit of a trek to sainsbury's. :(

I spoke to my Dad earlier and the manager of one of the branches told him that he was only allowing one coupon per family. At another branch because the barcode wasn't working they wouldn't accept them. He finally got them accepted at a very small tesco outlet.

Think I'll be emailing tesco.
There's a storm coming, Mr Johnson. You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you're all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.

A massive thankyou to the op, printed off 10 vouchers yesterday. Went to our local tesco's and picked up 10 persil non bio(which was reduced to £3.20) and 10 comfort. The bill came to £42.00 so i had a £5.00 off voucher when you spend over £40.00, so i used that first, then i used the other vouchers my total bill came to £19.50. The lady on the till was great she just said good luck to you and then I had to let her know where she can get them, she said she was going home to print them off them use her staff discount. Good luck to her :j

I cropped the vouchers as I only wanted the Comfort one and put in onto a word doc, and got 3 per sheet. Printed of 24 coupons, got 24 bottles today at Tesco. No problem, accept the poor cashier had to manually enter each one as they wouldn't scan. But I now have enough conditioner to last me for the next 2 years, and I saved £18 !!!

Thats fantastic, well done you! :T :money:Wish I'd thought of that - I've just spent the last half hour cutting out 20 coupons! Hoping to use them next week, when I get to the shops!

Hopefully, I wont have any problems cashing them in, like some of the other posters have had. I'm going to the Sandhurst, Camberley Tesco Extra - has anyone had any problems there?

Just wanted to thank you for this!

I used 4 of the Comfort Pure vouchers today in Sainbobs. I thought I may have a problem when the cashier said - rather crossly - "where did you get these from". It turned out that she only used this brand and wanted to get some vouchers for herself!

Result. :j

I might be brave and do some more!
