Neither HFO Services Ltd or Roxburghe (UK) Ltd is in liquidation or any form of insolvency process.

Turnbull Rutherford Ltd, a solicitor firm which recently changed its name to Quarterdeck Law on Companies House, was terminated as a secretary of both HFO Services Ltd and HFO (UK) Holdings on 8November last year, and is also not in liquidation or an insolvency process.

Presumably the whole group operates under one consumer credit licence and the OFT seem to be taking an age to revoke it.

I suspect they're going to be peddling their lies and harassment for some time yet.

If HFO Services are owned by HFO Holdings, then wouldn't Services be an asset to be liquidated also?

Mind you, it's not as if the staff at HFO are worth anything.
