Harlands - Gym

4 Months ago I signed up to a gym who use harlands for 3 years, I knew about the court ruling that 3 years is not allowed but signed up anyway thinking everything was fine for 12 months, I was in work, I had everything set up, within a couple of months my job was lost and I might even be moving towns. But I'm now tied into paying £18 a month, is there anything at all I can do, I can't be risking having another company chasing me and at the moment I really dont want to be spending 18quid a month.
