can someone tell me how i stand. i am self employed and work for loan company they have told me they are reducing my % as i am only paid by the % can they do this to me
what if i dont agree to this is the only option is to leave

Is there a written contract between you and the loan company setting out what you will do and how much you should be paid? If so, are there any terms in there about bringing the contract to an end and/or changing the rate of pay?0

have lost copy of contract if i ask for one do they have to give me another copy ?
even if i leave in the morning can they refuse to give me one i .

THey don't have to give you a copy. You have no rights as an employee. What did you have in your terms of business that you got them to sign?0
