Hi Folks,
Is anyone reading this already a customer of House of Fraser online? If so, would you be kind enough to help me please?
I wish to order a hamper as a gift. Having tried to order, I'm unable to send to any address other than my home which is no use as the gift is for someone elsewhere. Once I've placed a first order to my home they will then authorise postage on a 2nd order anywhere but I loath having to buy something first just for the sake of it. Grrrrr !
If I could trust a reliable member on here to take money from me via PayPal and then order the hamper for me it would avoid this situation. Any takers kind enough to help out?
I realise I'd be taking a risk in sending money to a stranger who may keep it and not make the purchase for me but I think most MSEers are good folks. <crosses his fingers> LOL
If there is another way to solve this problem then please let me know folks.
Keep smiling, Wilf.
UPDATE
Big big thanks to the very kind Toxic Lemon who has helped me out with my 1st order dilemma. There really are some great folks here on MSE.

When you place your order, there's an option at the bottom of the page which asks if you want to deliver to a different address. Also, at the point where you enter your credit card details, there's an option in the middle near the top of the page "Edit delivery details" and you can add a new address. Hi Toxic Lemon,
I did know about and use the Deliver To A Different Address feature on the site. This does not solve the problem, however. It's a very common policy of many websites to only send a 1st order to the cardholder's address. The feature you refer to only applies once an order has already been sent to a cardholder's address.
Thanks for your interest but I still need help if any one would be kind enough?
Many thanks, Wilf.Keep smiling!0 -

phew.........that was close......I got as far as entering my card number for both hampers and then thought......
step AWAY from the bargain...........
I'm still feeling a bit vulnerable to a 'bargain' I don't really need after succumbing to the thorntons hamper that was reduced from £100 to under £30!
