I do 'easy cash' on Greasypalm (though I do buy things off the net too which helps)
Don't really see the issue with Pigsback points expiring - just get free vouchers as soon as you have enough points, save them up, ebay them, give them as gifts? It's a bit odd to discredit them because you can't a) get cash or b) save your points (when it makes no difference).
You can do free bingo trials to win money (I won £35 last week so it is worth it)0 -

I have checked out the fiver web site but I don't understand what you have to do yo earn money, do you have to buy things?
No,you can just do daily clicks

I'd second mutualpoints and also mention Ciao (survey site). The surveys (from 20p-£2 ish) don't come along that often but Ciao do pay out when you have £5 in your account. I think you can also do reviews for cash, I haven't so not sure what they pay for this.0

Freefivers takes ages in my opinion, you have to get to 25 quid before you can withdraw it. I earnt myself £36 on there to start with then gave up! If you buy things online, then you'll build up your money quicker, but if like me-you dont want to spend anything id go elsewhere. I think pigsback is great though, your points build up quickly (12 months before they expire and you do get told this, and warned if any are close to expiring). I also use ipsos, but this can be a tad slow but my patience is paying off (got a boots voucher the other week, due another one soon).
