When reheating rice just whack it in the microwave on full power for a few minutes. Make sure the container is piping hot (including the bottom), when you get it out check that the rice in the middle is hot. I always reheat my rice this way and haven't had any problems yet.
Rice freezes quite well .... did you know you can buy cooked frozen rice?0 -
We always deliberatley cook too much, and freeze it in portion sizes.0
