pc package with xp

Wanting to buy an average pc package with 17 screen for my own general use. Dont want Vista just windows xp. pc world, currys + dell have all gone vista. Any recomendations?

        Would you consider a Dell? For your average user who does not need to do anything special and who does not know much about computers, they are pretty ideal.
        2 + 2 = 4
        except for the general public when it can mean whatever they want it to.

        I'm not sure that is 100% accurate they are offering a free vista upgrade within their packages at the moment but if you wanted XP Home / Pro SP2 you should be able to get it, I'll have a look at the entry level system now for you.

        Edit: I stand corrected they seem to have changed and that is rather a suprise, I was expecting them to give Vista a little more time before wiping the rest out....

        Could have had a monitor for £84.95 from Tecno but delivery charges where £12.95! So play have always been very reliable with past orders so they got the order.
