Can't Make Out If This is a Win Updated

Hi

I've just noticed an email which was sent 11 hours ago saying Congratulations you have won a £1,000 giftcard to spend at any TK Maxx in the UK. It was a Facebook comp.

This would be wonderful but when I looked on Facebook, results of the TK Maxx Home competition, it is not my name which is shown as the winner. I have only 24 hours in which to respond so am wondering could it be that the winner has not responded and I am the reserve? If so I feel very sorry for that person!

I therefore am not sure whether to celebrate or not. I have responded so will keep you updated as to whether I receive it.:). Thanks to whoever posted it, I have not yet looked it up.

I would respond as if I had won and keep my fingers crossed. Maybe they didn't reply in time and they picked you as runner up.

just been on fb page says the winner has accepted the prize at 11:30am yesterday, a chap was asking about comp and they said:
"TK Maxx Sorry Carin we were wating for the winner to accept the prize which they have now done so we have just announced the winner. "

Got my fingers crossed for you, hope you get it!

The email was very definite and it was sent 11 hours ago so we shall see.

Hmm, have doubts now but can't understand why they have sent me an email.

Does seem a bit odd though that the winner named isnt you as could cause a lot of trouble if they have named a winner and then give you the prize. Normally a company waits for a response before naming a winner. Really hope you have won though it would be a great

I would still email them to ask about the email and if you have won.

Unless there is more than one winner or it is a spam email but don't really see how it could be as I did enter the comp.

That is definitely not me. I already emailed them before I saw this so maybe I should play innocent and pretend I haven't seen it.
