Firstly don't worry.
Secondly I suggest you contact the casino and explain you have a gambling problem, they will block your account. I believe you do have a gambling problem as you are gambling with money you do not have.
Then contact your bank and explain what has happened I am sure they will arrange an overdraft facility that you will be able to pay back the amount owed from your £100pw earnings.

Well done for catching it. Do anything to clear it because it is already in a spiralling situation. There's no reason why this can't spiral to hundereds of thousands. It might be only £500 but it's not payable.
If you don't want to be a 24/7 slave to the bank for the rest of your life clear it and get chucked out.Order of events: Banks lose our money -> get bailed out -> were inflating GBP to cover it -> now taxing us -> next will grab your funds direct -> things get really desperate to balance the books. What should have happened?: banks go bust and we lost our money much quicker0
