I registered here just to say this - I know the question is old, but hopefully this will be useful to someone searching in the future as I know I could find very little about this company when I did my research last year.

If your dress is important (notably, your wedding dress) steer well clear! My dress was beautifully finished, heavy, fully underskirt, boned, etc and I was very happy with the price and the quality.

    But!

I ordered and paid in full in March for my wedding in late August last year (this is more than the time required). The dress should have arrived by mid June - plenty of time to make any necessary adjustments, which of course since the dress was made to measurements provided by myself via email, adjustments were definitely going to be needed. That is fair, and to be expected.

However, the dress did not arrive. There had apparently been some fault with it when it arrived. After many weeks of panic, begging and being reassured the dress would arrive 2 weeks before my wedding day it arrived. I was married on a Saturday and the dress arrived on the Wednesday before. I was to leave for the town in which I was to be married, on Thursday night after work.
The dress did not fit. It wasn't even close but no cigar close. If I had tried to wear it as it came, the whole assembly would have gotten a very clear view of my boobs. The straps were too long, the bust didn't fit, and the whole thing could have done with a tweak.

Like I say, I was totally happy and prepared to have the dress altered when it arrived, and I would have had more than a month to have those alterations done... but it was not so. I managed to find a local seamstress who came to my home that evening, took the dress home, did some work and returning it late that same night. It still didn't fit too well, but my boobs were now safely tucked away where they should be and I couldn't have been more grateful... to the seamstress.

Throughout the whole transaction CM (that's how she refers to herself - I believe her full name is Cheryl-Marie) was difficult to get ahold of (citing various excuses of broken iPhone to bad signal) poorly organised (asking me numerous times for the measurements I had already sent, even a good few days after the replacement dress was supposed to have been ordered) and basically totally inept (the dress arrived late TWICE, to the point when it arrived it was not fit for purpose and I had zero time to make good).

We went on honeymoon immediately after the wedding, and honestly I didn't want to chase her down for refunds, and recriminations as my wedding day was so wonderful, I didn't feel much motivation to open old wounds. Besides, an argument and a refund wouldn't have fixed anything. I don't get that day back.

That said, I don't want anyone to go through what I did.... there are definitely options for cheaper wedding dresses, and the standard of work (this dress was made in China, like a lot of cheap internet dresses) was fine; I would just advise you to avoid this particular company/businessperson.
  • and it turns out my experience is not unique:

I can't post links, but if you Google search "my big fat gorgeous wedding evening times" (include the quotes, though it will probably work without) you'll see to what I'm referring :)
