Hey I am in an IVA and currently we pay all overtime / bonus over according to the 10/50/50 rule,
i.e. we keep 10% above normal salary and share the rest 50 / 50
my question is odd...why do they allow you to keep half of it? are they not entitled to take it all?
Thanks
lou

Hello
it's a mutually beneficial arrangement - if you had to give it all, there would be no motivation fo you to do overtime or work towards a bonus.
So they get a bit extra in terms of a return, and you get a bit extra in your pocket :T0 -
Try posting in the IVA forum, you should get more advice there:)
