How to do an invisible repair on trousers

Does anyone know how to repair a cut in a pair of suit trousers. A customer recently bought some back to my shop and asked if I could do an invisible repair. I'm not sure where to start and any advice would be welcome.

To do a proper Invisible repair requires knowledge and skill a tailor would be able to do this and it is fairly expensive but I have always had good results with iron on repair kits... you iron a similar colour material to the back of the trousers and the glue incorporates the 'cut' strands and its almost invisible from the right side... doesn't last forever but quite good...

EDIT: THIS IS HOW THEY DO IT... https://www.invisible-mending.co.uk/index.asp

Sorry I can't do a link to it... but if you look in Amazon.com then look in the Home and Garden section... then in the search put Crafts iron-on clear patch repair kit..... you should find it there .....

I can't find it on the UK site only the .com site....
