Boots advantage points

Went to Boots and use advantage card to print 100 points for buying "smile products". It seem strange that the 100 points I was supposed to be getting extra is not showing on my card. Does anybody know how this works? I will go and query when I next go to Boots, but I am a bit put off as the queue is so long. Thanks

Did you buy the products? If you did its worth going in to get them to validate it or call customer services- they are v good. Have you seen the Boots thread on grabbit?
