Yup lie-in I was in my pit until 6.20am day off today, well supposed to be but I'm doing 1 hour for a colleague she lives in spain now and her dads been taken poorly in the UK so is flying home

Miss Laid I think Fri is her day off? Other healthy folk are probably out cycling 5000 km before dawn (Westvleteren) or jogging a marathon or two before brekkie (Locarr). Me - trying to summon the enthusiasm to get up and start on the packed lunches!

I did O/H packed lunch last night he wanted cheese beetroot and salad cream :huh:

Not my real name used but was a real name eg like Lucy smith so can't be that reason mine were stopped!
