  • Hi Minnie

Brandmatch - works brilliantly with coupons as S is often more expensive. They pricematch A and T, need to spend £20 pre coupon use and you will get back tillspit there and then for difference - can be used off next shop. Great thing about it is that the £20 can include own branded stuff, but this is not included in the Brandmatch. Stick to comparing a basket against either T or A, not mixed.

Started usng it because S keep sending me conditional spends that I previously used in T (but sadly no longer :() - I often get back a till spit for more than I have spent on my shop.

Also, I have found that if, eg, those toothbrush heads aren't quite the right ones, then my local S is straightforward about returns. CS is way better on that front than T

Brilliant - thank you. I so rarely go to Sains I didn't know how it worked.

It will be tea time by the time I finish my shopping list today!

I have the Mail voucher (£5 off when you spend £40 or more) and I also have a voucher sent with my clubcard (£5 off when you spend £50 or more) Can I use the two together - i.e if I spend £50 i could in theory hand both in and get £10 off my shopping?

Depends on the sa, on a £74 shop they let me use £7 off £50 till spit, £5 off £50 quarter mailing, £6 off £40 till spit, £5 off £40 from newspaper, £4 off £40 from quarter mailing, £4 off £30 till spit, £3 off £20 till spit plus other coupons

  • Does the Sains Pricematch work the same as the T one where £2 more on one item cancels out £2 less on another giving £0?

Morning! Price checks in - two receipts with nothing. One had my Easter Eggs - BOG2F on - only one highlighted and says cheaper at Ts. 2nd one was for Oral B heads - sorry can't compare - it has 5 heads in and A has 4 in! A's are £10, Ts are £18.95 - that makes one head and the free sample of t/paste very expensive. Will take them back I think. Reckon they're playing us now...game on!!!:rotfl:

Can anyone tell me if there is a limit to how many receipts you can price check each month, and how many times you can add points to your clubcard after you've forgotten it, each month? Can't seem to remember mine ;)

Sending hugs to everyone, as always.:)

I think you can only do 10 price checks each month but most of us have made extra hotmail accounts.
With regards to receipts I believe it is 2 per day and you have up to 2 weeks.
    Now on the 5:2 diet.

    Lost 25 1/2 lbs :j:j:j 33 1/2 lbs to go

I bought a tub last week for my DD and it was gone within the day - she absolutely loved it, used it as a cake topping for cup cakes and also ate it straight out of the tub xx
