I see anm72, has already mentioned the Oral B tooth paste ... but mine worked out a bit differently.
I was in one store and I overheard two SA's talking and saw them removing the SEL from Oral B toothpaste. So of I trotted to another store 10 minutes away and all 4 types of the Oral B Toothpaste still had their half price SEL's at £1.75 each. I bought 4 packs of the Enamel Shield variety and they came to £14.00 (anm72 had a BOGOF kick in, but I did not) Went to CS and got DTD, which was my £14 back and 4 packs of free toothpaste!
They were on an end display with other special offer toiletries, last 4 digits of barcode 1626
I did price scan the other types and they were all scanning at £3.50 ...but I don't know if a BOGOF then kicked in on the others.0 -
Just got back through the door from Mr T's C@tter1ck. Apple Strudle (in the freezers) priced up at two for £2.50 OOD SEL ran out yesterday. went through at £1.69 each DTD given. Just incase any other stores have forgot to take the SEL's off.

Grummp...nothing doing on my T visit this avo. Although the ood SELs were still up, the prices came up cheaper - was hoping the Nutella would glitch, but got 2 x 400g jars for £1 each - SEL was 2 for £3. Still, a good price. I noticed the Capri-Sonne (sp?!) still had an ood SEL, but didn't check. There were 3 white 24 pce dinner services heavily reduced too - but again, didn't check them out. Happy Hunting everyone.0

Absolutely nothing in the Teesside stores that I've wasted the best part of the day visiting. I did find one lonely BBQ pack of lamb burgers but they went through at £2(Eaglescliffe). That store however does have loads of the cheap sausage balls stuff if your heart can take the cholesterol overload:rotfl: Wish there were other posters in this area that have tried things and would post just to save wasting time:mad:. I know there are a few of you lurkers out there that read this thread and clearly take advantage of what is posted on here so why not give a little back?. Having said that all of the stores up here seem to be bang on with pricing on most of the deals mentioned on here. It's either time to move somewhere else or only go for the certainties that are nationwide!:rotfl::rotfl: Now which would be the best area to move to? West Midlands or London seem to be the best hunting grounds:rotfl::rotfl:
Hi Artha - I am in D@rl0 mostly go to n @yc and st0ckt*n and I never find much - even have hubby trained to look at sel so I think stores must be quite proficient here only thing I got this week was a wombled petrol coupon but I live in hope for a great find one day - I can't even find a scanner that works - lol0 -
Well we were going out for dinner with a voucher tonight but as DH whoopsied some racks of lamb this morning we're having that instead, probably enjoy it more to be honest! and then I'm going to T's. I've got to find find at least one DTD to get my own back on him for his haul this morning, but if all else fails I have a "few" cough comfort vouchers to use:T:T:T:TBeware!!!! i know the feeling Artha,... and think most of us feel the same way...it would be nice just to not waste time if the lurkers could just say that they'd already cleared the store out!! :rotfl:
I know 3 of my local extras are regularly lurkered as each time I go..I look for specific things which have been posted on here...and the shelves are either stripped bare...or someones already had a good rifle through....When the salt and pepper thingies were posted a week or so ago, I knew I'd seen these RTC in one store, but not in any others, but as I was walking down the cutlery/utensil aisle I noticed someone had obviously had a play with them as there was salt and pepper all over the shelf...then one of them had been dumped at the self scanner....thats the other bit that annoys me...wish the lurkers would put their stuff away...it will only be a matter of time before Ts scrap their scanners if the staff get pee-d off with having to keep putting bundles of stuff away!
anyway, rant over.....fortunately for me, although I dont seem to get a great deal on the glitches, i dont seem to do too bad on the overall cheap bargains.....got the 50p bluray player, and last week a Vtech laptop for £12 (in Toysrus for £49.99!!!)...as well as a few other bargains...and as for DTD....well i reckon I could give Mr Lala a run for his money!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0
